Refund Policy

At BloomPop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds are processed after our team inspects the returned item. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened skincare or hair care products unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our part.
